Requirements

  • English proficiency at level B2+.

  • Clear and literate verbal and written communication in Ukrainian.

  • Strong interpersonal skills — ability to interact with people kindly, respectfully, even in stressful situations, and to de-escalate conflicts.

  • Responsibility and punctuality — ability to follow schedules and instructions, and stay focused on results.

  • Attentiveness, resilience, and problem-solving mindset — readiness to dive into a problem and figure out the solution independently, even when it isn’t obvious.

  • Knowledge of additional languages at the Intermediate+ level is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to performance metrics standards, ensuring efficient work.

  • Communicate with users through customer support tools via chat, tickets, and phone.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding the company's products and services. Investigate incidents related to product functionality and assist users in their resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries. Escalate complex or specialized requests to specialized teams.

  • Identify opportunities and participate in implementing initiatives to improve support processes that enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
