Requirements

Experience in sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and video tools (e.g., Google Meet).

Experience selling IT products (SaaS preferred).

Results-driven mindset focused on customer success.

Comfortable communicating across EU time zones.

Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken), English (B1) - for team communication.
Responsibilities

Processing inbound leads who sent a request for a demo or took a trial period.

Managing client records in CRM.

Interacting with clients through video, phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Onboarding new clients and assisting with service adaptation to meet their business needs.

Gathering customer feedback and serving as the bridge between clients and the team.

Monitoring the subscription renewal of key company clients.
