Responsibilities

Processing inbound leads who sent a request for a demo or took a trial period

Onboarding new clients and assisting with service adaptation to meet their business needs

Monitoring the subscription renewal of key company clients

Managing client records in CRM

Internal market research. Competitors, customer needs, etc.

Collection of success stories and reviews from critical customers
